Description:  Not sure what this guy was doing all the way out here, I dont know if they are related to the Harbor Rail Services in Clinton, IN which would make a bit more sense. This was the best I could get, it was in a place where I couldnt really get closer. I believe its a GP40 but I cant say for sure.
